Frequently Asked Questions 

 

Q. How do I purchase YourTraining Packages? 

A. Please feel free to stop by or give us a call at 215-988-7777. We will be happy to discuss your personal training goals,

our various training packages, and assist you in booking your first reservation. 

 
Q. If you only offer 32 courses, why do I need up to 52 sessions?

A. Based on individual learning styles some courses may take more than one session to complete. Additionally, you may have

specific programs that you want to dive deeper into, or a specific project you would like help with.

 
Q. How many reservations can I make at once?
A. To ensure that all customers are able to book times that are convenient to them, our system only allows you to have 1 session booked at a time. Once completed, you can immediately book your next appointment. 
 
Q. How far ahead of time can I make a reservation?
A. Members are able to book their appointments up to 7 days in advance.
 
Q. Can I book a session for today?
A. While our online system doesn't allow our customers to book appointments for the same day, we encourage you to call the store to see if we are able to accommodate a session for today.
 
Q. What is Springboard Rewards, and what does it have to do with YourTraining?

A. Springboard Rewards is our membership program that is complimentary to anyone who purchases a new or pre-owned Mac. Any customer who purchases a training package is automatically enrolled in Springboard Rewards

Q. Can I share my training package with someone else?
A. Training packages are non-transferable and are only valid for a single person. In the case where two or more people would like to enroll in a package, we kindly ask that each person purchase their own package. 
 
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session is set to begin. Failure to cancel with at least 24 hours notice, will result in your session being considered a "no-show." After 3 No-Shows during any package, the remaining package will be forfeited without refund or exchange. 
 
Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
A. Customers who booked their reservation online, are able to cancel their reservation from the main appointment screen. Additionally, please feel free to call us at 215-988-7777, and we will assist you in canceling your reservation with an offer to re-schedule.
 
Q. Can I bring my own computer to my training session?
A. Absolutely! Please feel free to bring your computer with you. If you are not able to bring your own computer, we have computers in our private training rooms for your use. 
 
Q. I am interested in learning a professional application, do I have to buy it first?
A. Of course not. Our training program is designed to help familiarize you with the professional applications before you invest in such a large purchase. We have all of our professional applications installed on our machines ready for you to use. 
 
Q. If I have purchased a package, but I'm unable to use one of my weeks, can I make it up?
A. We all have busy lifestyles, and between vacations, weather, sickness, etc. there may be times when you are unable to make it in for a session. To ensure that all customers are supplied with an adequate number of available time-slots, we are not able to "make-up" unused weeks or appointments. 
 
Q. Can I book with a specific trainer?
A. Of course! We've designed our program to allow you to choose who you work with. Please note, all trainers are not able to teach all classes. Our online reservation system will only allow you to book a session with a trainer who has been certified to teach the specified course. 
 
Q. My package only allows me to come once per week, but I need another session this week. Is that possible?
A. At any point, you can add a single course onto your package at the single course rate. We can then assist you booking your extra appointment. Your extra appointment can be immediately following your normal appointment, or booked on an entirely different day.
