Who do you recommend for PC repair?
If your PC needs service, we recommend that you contact the PC manufacturer for the name of an authorized service center in your area.
Do you repair iPods?
If your iPod stops working, it may just be a minor problem. You can visit
http://www.apple.com/support for instructions on troubleshooting and also how to get your iPod repaired if necessary.
We do, however, perform battery replacements on iPods that are out of warranty. Click here for more information.

Do you offer educational pricing and student discounts?
We offer student discounts on ink, paper, and other selected service and accessories, usually 10-25% off. If you are a student, ask for one of our ink and paper discount cards next time you are in. Each time you show the card you'll save 15% on all ink and paper. Unfortunately, we do not offer educational pricing on Apple products at this time.
Do I need an appointment to bring a computer in for service?
In-house service does not require an appointment; however, if you are in a hurry calling the Service Department prior to drop-off does expedite the process. To schedule a drop-off time call 215-988-7777 and ask for service: otherwise you can simply come into the store during business hours and take your computer to the back service counter.
Do you accept personal checks?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks. We do accept most other forms of payment, including:

VISA
Mastercard
Discover
American Express
Traveler’s checks
Debit cards
What kind of parking is available?
There is metered street parking in front of our store before 3:30 PM. We also validate (with purchase) at the parking lot on the Southeast corner of 22nd Street and Walnut Street. If you need assistance getting your machine into the store, just give us a call and we'll send someone strong out to your car. If you are on foot, we'll happily hail you a cab so you can get your equipment home safely.
What are your hours? On which holidays are you closed?
We are open Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday - Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you sell used computers?
Yes! Our inventory of used equipment changes frequently, please call us at 215-988-7777 or email sales@springboardmedia.com for what's current.
Do you purchase used computers or iPods?
We happily buy working Apple computers and iPods. Click here to go to our trade in form or call us at (215) 988 7777. Values vary depending on the condition of the item. If you have AppleCare on your iPod or Mac, the trade-in value will be higher - another good reason to buy AppleCare!
Do you repair printers?
We can provide technical support if you are having trouble hooking up a printer to your Mac. For any problem with the printer itself, please contact the manufacturer of your printer for a service facility near you.
Do you sell digital cameras?
Absolutely. Our sales people are very knowledgeable about the best digital cameras for your Mac. While we do not keep digital cameras in stock, we can order one for you. Most arrive within two business days. Contact the sales department at 215-988-7777 for more information.
Is your software compatible with PCs?
Our software selection is geared towards users of the Macintosh OS, but many of them also run on Windows. Please ask one of our sales associates if you are unsure of a software program's system requirements.
Will you come to my house for a repair?
Absolutely! We will gladly schedule an onsite service visit by one of our Apple Certified technicians. Just call the Service Writer at (215) 988 7777 to set up an appointment. Click here for a full description of our onsite service offerings.
Do you offer classes? How can I register?
We offer workshops on a variety on topics, geared towards a general audience. Click here for our calendar. Workshops are free, but please register so we can make sure we have enough seating.

Do you carry iTunes gift cards?
We do not carry iTunes gift cards currently, but we are working on it!
Can I pay for my purchase over the phone?
Absolutely. If you would like to buy an item over the phone, we just need to ship the item to the billing address of the credit card used.
I bought my product at another Apple store. Can I return or exchange it at your store?
If the product is unopened, and relatively recent (less than two weeks), we should be able to exchange it for something else. We cannot offer refunds for items not purchased from Springboard Media. Call our sales department at 215-988 7777 with any questions.
I can't find my receipt! Can I still bring a product back?
Yes, you can still bring it back. We have an electronic record of all of our receipts. And if you provide your name and address when you first shop with us we can easily track any of your purchases. We happily accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
Do you solicit customers with the contact information provided at checkout?
Absolutely not. That information is merely to keep a purchase history on file. We do not solicit customers or sell their information.
Can I bring my dog into Springboard?
Of course! We are a dog-friendly store.
