4. Do I need an appointment to bring a computer in for service?

In house service does not require an appointment, however, if you are in a hurry calling the Service Department prior to dropoff does expedite the process.

To schedule a drop off time contact the Service Department in advance at (215) 988-7777 (Center City) or (610) 280-3800 (Exton) and ask for service, otherwise you can simply come into the store during business hours and take your computer to the service counter.
