4. Do I need an appointment to bring a computer in for service?

In house service does not require an appointment, however, if you are in a hurry calling the Service Department prior to dropoff does expedite the process.  To schedule a drop off time contact the Service Writer at (215)988 7777 and ask for service, otherwise you can simply come into the store during business hours and take your computer to the back service counter.
