 When your machine is in for service...
Most repairs are completed within three to five days, but even a couple of days can seem like an eternity when you have coursework due or a deadline for a work project.
Springboard Media offers loaners to our service customers at reduced rates. The loaners come with all of the iLife apps as well as Microsoft Office, and the $99 rental fee is valid for the duration of the repair.
For a nominal fee, we can transfer the data from your own machine’s functioning hard drive to the loaner so you’ll have access to all of your personal files, e-mails and projects.
If you purchased your machine and AppleCare Protection Plan from Springboard Media, your loaner is free!
Rental Options:
Service Rental: White Macbook- $99 for the duration of the repair.
Standard rental rates apply for machines other than a White Macbook.
