Onsite Set up
We can set up workstations, wireless networks, kiosks and more in offices or retail environments.
Onsite Repairs
We perform repairs on machines in and out of warranty. If you have AppleCare on a desktop machine that requires hardware service, the service may be complimentary. Ask the Service Writer for details.
Routine Maintenance
Preventative measures go a long way in keeping your machines running
smoothly. We can run updates, evaluate hardware, and prevent problems
before they turn into costly repairs.

Rates for onsite service
Regular rate: $135/hour Emergency rate: $235/hour
(In most cases, we can come out the same day). AppleCare: If your Apple desktop is covered by AppleCare, the onsite visit may be free.
Service Blocks
We offer pre-paid blocks of time at reduced rates in 10, 25, 50, and 100 hour blocks. Service blocks are great for onsite service support on multiple machines, routine maintenance and upgrades, as well as telephone technical support.

Telephone Technical Support
We offer dedicated technical support over the phone. The call is free if it is within 90 days of purchase date. Otherwise a fee of $29.95 is applied per incident. If a the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will immediately schedule service on the item. Call 215-988-7777 and ask for Technical Support.
