5. Do I need to pay any money at drop off?

If your machine is covered by the Apple Limited Warranty or by AppleCare you will not need to pay any money at drop off unless you request a data back up or other software work. For out of warranty or non-covered repairs, the diagnostic fee is $47.50,  and is due at the time of drop off.
