Springboard Media is Apple Authorized for onsite service and our Apple Certified technicians are available Monday - Friday for onsite service calls in your home or office. We can assist you with installing new equipment or with fixing existing machine(s).

Enjoy the convenience of an in-home visit to minimize your downtime and maximize your ability to use and enjoy your Mac! If your Apple Desktop machine has AppleCare coverage and requires a hardware repair, your onsite visit may be covered by Apple.

Scheduling an onsite service visit

  • Call 610-280-3800 (Exton) or 215-599-9000 (Midtown Village) and ask to schedule onsite service.
  • We do onsite service on machines covered by AppleCare as well out of warranty machines.
  • Onsite service is available Monday-Friday 10AM - 5PM. Appointments are scheduled for Morning (10AM to 1PM) and Afternoon (1PM-5PM).
  • If possible, schedule 24-48 hours prior to the time you want service to occur.
  • Emergency, same-day onsite service is available.

Onsite Rates

Service Call Charge: $199
Rate: $149 per hour (one hour minimum)
Emergency rate:
(Same day service): $299 per hour (includes travel within Center City and up to one hour for diagnosis and labor), $259 per hour for additional labor.
AppleCare: For customers with AppleCare on their Apple desktop machine, the onsite visit may be free. Ask the Service Writer for more details.
