With the basics of the interface under our belt, lets dive in and learn how to format text, graphics, numbers, and cells. We'll show you how you can use conditional formatting to bring attention to specific cells with shadings, fills and borders, and we'll learn how to add photos and movies to our spread sheet. In this course you’ll also explore multi tasking capabilities and how to manage multiple tables on one sheet, and even sort and filter data to give you a variety of options about how to display your projects.

Now that you’ve gotten comfortable with Numbers ’09, we’ll delve into some of the special features that Microsoft Excel lacks. With Numbers ’09 we can include check boxes, steppers, sliders, and pop-up menus. In this course we'll show you how it all works behind the scenes. You’ll create and manage custom formulas that reference other sheets, and learn how to create and utilize your own style sheets to create quick and custom templates.
