First, we'll make sure you have everything you need for Springboard Select to work.

• DSL Broadband connection or higher
• Server running Mac OS X Tiger 10.4
• Desktop or laptop running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger
• Automated Backup Solution
• Firewall

We'll do a physical inventory of your equipment and perform a detailed technical assessment. If you are missing any of the requirements listed above, we can happily upgrade any equipment before starting Managed Services.

Installation, Monitoring and Support

You can be up and running in a matter of days and with minimal interruption. Installation takes just a few minutes for each machine.

Once Springboard Select is in place, we'll be remotely monitoring your computers, networks and servers 24/7/365. If anything happens we'll be alerted. In most cases, we can address the problem before you even notice something happened in the first place.

We can install any new equipment, perform a repair if necessary, andmake sure your backup and anti-virus protection are working properly.

If you need technical support, our technical staff is available 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday.

Even if you are traveling, as long as you are connected to the internet we can monitor your machine, even fix problems remotely.

The Monthly Reports

What's included in the reports?
• Detailed Hardware Reports for each server and workstation including CPU, hard disk, application and memory usage
• Help Desk Incident Report
• Software Assurance Report
• Firewall Report including web usage and attempted attacks on your network
• Productivity Report on what websites and applications your employees are using during work hours
• Backup Integrity Log
