For over ten years, Springboard Media’s Apple-Authorized Service Department has been providing outstanding service with fast turnaround times to Mac users in the Philadelphia area.  We are certified to work on your Macintosh desktop machine, portable computer or Apple display.  We offer quality service on out-of-warranty machines as well as machines covered under the  Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan. We use genuine Apple parts and all technicians are Apple Certified.

After you bring your machine in, an initial diagnostic will be conducted on the machine and we will then present you with repair options. Most repairs are completed within five to seven days. All work is explained in detail on the repair's Service Order Form.

Rates for non-warranty service

• Diagnosis: $95.00
• Priority diagnosis: $175.00
• Additional labor: $95 per hour
• Priority labor: $175 per hour

We know you don't want to be without your Macintosh.  So if your machine is in for service, we'll provide you a loaner. If your Mac is having warranty service performed, and you initially purchased it with AppleCare  from Springboard Media, the loaner is entirely free for the entire duration of the repair.
