We're also an Apple Specialist retail store. At Springboard Media we've been providing Apple sales and service to businesses for over 10 years, so we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. As an Apple Specialist and Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can sell and upgrade equipment, plus perform repairs on Apple products. We offer things others can't. For example, when you buy a Macintosh computer with AppleCare from Springboard Media, you are entitled to a free loaner if your Macintosh is ever in for Apple warranty service.
We're local to Philadelphia. When you call us, you talk to you a real live person, not a recording, and we don't outsource any aspect of our Managed Services. Everything is conducted here by our Apple Certified technical staff.
Nobody knows Apple hardware and software like we do. Most Managed Services providers are PC only. We are one of the few Apple Specialist/Managed Services providers in the country.
